Acro Yoga

St Stephens Parish Centre

Mondays 7.30pm

A fun acrobatic partner class where everyone will take it in turn to base, fly and spot each other. Learning new sequences and drills each week.

It was my first time doing Acro yoga so I didn’t know what to expect, but Jayne was so welcoming. I felt really comfortable and was surprised with what my body is capable of. Such a great way to have fun and keep fit. Would highly recommend!” - Ayesha M

FAQs

How much are classes?

Classes are £11 drop in or £45 for a 5 class pass (to be used within 3 months).

Do I need to book classes?

To keep everyone safe I am keeping a maximum number of classes so it is best to book in for a class, either via Whatsapp, email or the form on this website.

What safety measures are in place?

  • Masks are to be worn in all communal areas and you can remove them during class.

  • Students will be social distanced from each other.

  • Windows will be kept open to allow for air circulation.

  • I will wipe down any handles we might use with antibacterial wipes before class.

  • Students will bring their own mats and blocks.
