Escape for an hour and focus on your body and your breath. Classes include:

  • Breathing exercises (Pranayama)
  • Sun Salutations
  • Alignment practice
  • Balance
  • Arm balancing and Inversions
  • Savasana

acroyoga (when boris allows)

Classes to resume when lockdown is over.

Partner, no partner, first timers – all are welcome to come and fly – Awaiting Boris’ instructions! Hopefully returning in the summer.

We will cover the basics of Acroyoga, how to base, how to fly and how to support each other as well as lots of fun and flight along the way.

We will elevate each other, take flight, discover new strengths, new ways to communicate and trust, finishing off with some therapeutic Thai massage.

Private classes include a free consultation, focused attention for specific goals, multiple approaches to physical goals, strengthening, meditation and finally relaxation.
