Personalised Private Classes
I love teaching yoga and one of my favourite things about teaching yoga is watching someones personal yoga practice grow. Through private sessions we can really focus on your personal goals and I will tailor the class to your needs. Whether you’re working towards certain areas of flexibility or strength, finding some strength being upside down, arm balancing, reducing back pain, reducing anxiety, improving relaxation or maybe even finding a relaxation practice that works for you and focusses on you.
Private classes include a free consultation, focused attention for specific goals, multiple approaches to physical goals, strengthening, meditation and finally relaxation.
£55/class or a block booking discount of 5 classes for £45/class.
